Enrolling in the Plan
If you would like to enroll your pet in the Wellness Plan at Sharon Veterinary Clinic you will be asked for the following at the time of your appointment:
- Checking account information
- A backup form of payment not associated with the checking account (credit card or different account)
Either form of payment can be used for the monthly fees, which are automatically withdrawn on the 20th of every month.
We will ask that you sign a healthcare agreement outlining all the terms of the wellness plan and a copy will be provided for you.
Cancelling the Plan
You can cancel the plan any time, but if the payments made at the time of cancellation do not yet cover the cost of services already provided then the difference would simply need to be paid at that time.
