Dr. Jerry Eichinger, DVM

Practice Owner

Dr. Eichinger is originally from Iowa, where he graduated with his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1982. After earning his DVM, he practiced at large referral practices in both Chicago and New York, followed by extensive private practice experience in New York and Los Angeles. Dr. Eichinger purchased Sharon Veterinary Clinic in 2012, and is a Fear Free Certified practitioner. He lives with his wife, Susan, and their cats Bang Bang, Ding Ding, Choo Choo and Grimalkin, and their dog Bobo. He enjoys working with both dogs and cats and providing services for Sharon-area pet owners and their companions.

Dr. Dave Clark, DVM, DAVCS

Diplomate, American College of Veterinary Surgeons

Dr. Clark is a visiting board-certified surgeon. He is available for orthopedic consultations as well as performing involved general and orthopedic surgeries here at Sharon Veterinary Clinic. Appointments and consultations with Dr. Clark are scheduled through our clinic as needed.

Dr. Andrew Abbo, DVM, MS, DACVIM

Veterinarian

Dr. Abbo is a visiting board-certified oncologist and internal medicine specialist. He is available for whole-body ultrasound studies and oncology consultations that can be scheduled through our clinic.

Susie Austin, CVT, VTS-ECC

Practice Manager

Susie knew from early childhood that she wanted to work with animals.  After graduating college with an undergraduate degree in biology, she trained and worked as a veterinary technician and an ER/CCU supervisor at Angell Animal Medical Center.  She obtained her CVT in Massachusetts in 2006 and her specialty certification in emergency and critical care (VTS-ECC) in 2012.  She has been caring for animals since 2004 and shows no signs of slowing down.  Susie lives in Canton, MA with her husband and son, and her dog, Ripley.
